Service Use Notice (Operator Details Pending)

Pre-launch service boundaries for the family education learning platform
Jul 24, 2026

This page is a pre-launch service boundary notice, not final effective Terms of Service. The legal operator, registered address, contact channel, service regions, governing law, dispute process, and effective date remain to be confirmed. This page must not be presented as a contractual document until those details are completed and legally reviewed.

Service Scope

V1 provides concern-led family education learning for parents. It includes browsing family concern areas, viewing human-curated course paths, taking free or designated trial lessons, and, while membership is effective, continuing member lessons, viewing one family task per lesson, and sharing next-day feedback.

Accounts and Child Profiles

Some learning features require an account and sign-in. Users should protect account credentials and create a child profile only for a child they are responsible for or authorized to manage. V1 supports one child profile per user and asks only for a label or nickname and age band by default.

Membership and Access

V1 has free users and one Family Growth membership level. An administrator manually activates, extends, or deactivates membership. The platform has no online payment, self-service purchase, automatic renewal, order, or refund function. Free users may access free courses and designated trial lessons; other member content explains that administrator activation is required.

The final Terms must describe membership requests, manual activation, validity, deactivation, service changes, and appeal channels after the operating process is confirmed.

Education and Professional Boundaries

Platform content supports family education learning and practical family actions. It is not medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, legal advice, or emergency assistance, and it does not guarantee a particular learning or family outcome. For risk of harm, emergencies, or medical concerns, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Content and Acceptable Use

Users must not use the platform for unlawful activity, disrupt service security, bypass access controls, obtain or distribute protected courses without authorization, or infringe privacy and intellectual property rights. The final Terms must accurately describe ownership, licenses, user-submitted content, and complaint procedures after the operator and content authorization process are confirmed.

Availability and Liability

The platform remains in V1 and specific features and course availability may change. Based on the actual operating regions and applicable law, the final Terms must describe availability, suspension and termination, responsibility, force majeure, notices, and dispute handling. This notice does not invent waivers or arbitration terms while the operator and jurisdiction are unknown.
