Pre-launch privacy information for the family education learning platform
Jul 24, 2026

This page is a pre-launch information notice, not a final effective privacy policy. The legal operator, registered address, data protection contact, service regions, third-party service list, retention periods, and request channels remain to be confirmed. This page must not be presented as final legal terms until those details are completed and reviewed.

Current Data Boundaries

Under the V1 product design, the platform processes only information needed to provide accounts, learning, and support:

  • Information required for account sign-in;
  • A label or nickname and age band for one child profile;
  • The selected family concern, course and lesson progress;
  • Membership status and manual administrator operation records;
  • A next-day three-choice response for each lesson task and any optional short note entered by the user;
  • Necessary technical logs used to maintain security and troubleshoot the service.

V1 does not require a child's legal name, school, or exact birth date by default. It does not collect child video, voiceprints, or other biometric identifiers, create child ability scores, level reports, or radar charts, or process online payment and billing information.

Purposes

Information is used only to provide account access, show human-curated learning paths, save progress, enforce course access, provide lesson tasks and feedback, maintain service security, and improve courses and the product where necessary.

Information About Children

A child profile should be created and managed by a parent or guardian. The platform follows data minimization and processes only the label and age band needed for current learning features. The final policy must explain guardian consent and the available correction, export, deletion, and complaint channels after the operator and service regions are confirmed.

Sharing and Service Providers

The platform is not designed to sell personal information. Course playback, authentication, infrastructure, or other necessary functions may depend on controlled service providers. The final policy must accurately list the providers actually used, their purposes, processing locations, and data scope after deployment configuration is confirmed.

Security and Access Control

The platform is designed to protect account data, child profiles, progress, task feedback, and membership records through encrypted transport, least privilege, server-side access checks, and necessary audit records. No network or storage system can promise absolute security; the final policy will describe incident response based on the actual deployment.

User Rights and Contact Channel

The official channels for correction, export, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and complaints remain to be supplied by the operator. Before launch, this page must include:

  • The operator's legal name and registered address;
  • A privacy or data protection contact;
  • A working email address or other request channel;
  • Applicable regions, retention periods, and the third-party service list;
  • The effective date and policy version.

Until those details are complete, please do not use this page to submit personal information or privacy requests.
